This policy explains what information Every Benefits collects through this website, how we use it and the choices you have.
Who we are
Every Benefits is an insurance agency and field marketing organization (FMO) based in Miami, Florida. We contract licensed agents and agencies with health and life insurance carriers.
Information we collect
When you fill in a form on this site we collect your name, phone number, email, the state where you hold a license, the lines of insurance you are interested in and, for agencies, the agency name and its number of agents.
We also keep basic technical data that any website receives, such as your browser type and the pages you visit, and we store your language preference in your own browser.
How we use it
We use your information to contact you about contracting, to prepare your appointments with carriers, to onboard you to our platform and to answer your questions.
Calls, text messages and email
If you give your consent in our forms, we may call you, send you text messages and email you about contracting, including by automated means. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply.
You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP, and ask for help by replying HELP. You can also ask us to stop calling or emailing you by writing to everybenefits70@gmail.com.
Who we share it with
We share your information with the insurance carriers you ask to be contracted with, and with the service providers that help us run this website, our forms and our communications. We do not sell your personal information.
Mobile phone numbers and text message consent are never shared with third parties for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while we work with you and for as long as the law or our carriers require it. After that, we delete it or make it anonymous.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information by writing to everybenefits70@gmail.com. We will answer within a reasonable time.
Children
This website is meant for insurance professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
